Return & Exchange Policy: At Joem Boutique our customers are our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return the item within 10 days of your product delivery date. Please Note: No Refunds After 10 Days. For exchange and return of purchase please follow the instruction and complete the form with your return or exchange product (s). After the 10 days of purchase and delivery no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. On return purchase(s) a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the difference will be refunded or given as an exchange. All return and exchanges must be return in its original packaging with tag and no visible sign of wear or use. Return & Exchange shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are handle by customer. If for any reason the item(s) is no longer available a refund or exchange will be given within the 10 days. Please note: After 10 days no return or exchange shall be accepted. No return or exchange on all cosmetics, sages & Oils items due to the natural of these perishable products. Notice: Cosmetics may look slightly different in shades than they appears. Wrong or damage item: If you received a damage or wrong item (s) please contact us within 48 hours with pictures clearly showing the damage or wrong product (s). Damage or wrong item can be submitted to Joem@shopjoemboutique.com for missing items with your purchase. Please provide us with original copy of invoice/receipt or picture of what was ordered and what you received. Review of approval or denial of incorrect item (s) will be process within 7 to 10 business days. (Joem Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.) We go above and beyond to make sure all item (s) are ship in good condition. Please be advise once the product (s) is left for shipment from our Joem Boutique store, we do not have any control and we cannot predict any issues that may arise once the products reach a third-party shipment.
